She is survived by: her husband Floyd Butterfield; her children, Ranena and Randy; her grandchildren, Amy, Constance, Jake, Brandy, Cody, Austin and Bailey; and her great grandchildren, Madison, Noah, Kenzley and Maddox.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made in her name to the Alzheimer's Association.
