He is survived by: his children, Lynn Helms Cox (Jeff), Janine Pflibsen (Neal) and Jeff Helms; his siblings, Wayne Helms, Doug Helms and Mary Thomas; his grandchildren, Andrea Cox, Ashley Cox, Jamie Myers, Jordan Helms and Jonathan Helms; and his great grandchildren, Carson, Cortland, Cam, Aiden, Ella and Easton.
