He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Thomas and Erner Pulley (Mullins). He is survived by: his wife Florence; his children, Darryl Pulley (Lori) of Winter Garden, FL, Cynthia Walker (Bruce) of Mt. Sidney, VA, Terrence Pulley (Ashley Berry) of Agawam, Timothy Pulley of Verona, VA, David Pulley (Norma Guerena) of La Paz and Baja Sur of California; his brother-in-law Roman Chrusniak (Ray) of Zellwood; and his great grandchildren, Sophia Walker, Isabella Walker, Levi Walker, Taylor, Maximus Rodriguez, Troy Rodriguez, Lilliana Pulley, Cameron Santiago, Peyton Santiago, Lindsey (Tripp Powell), Ashley Jack, Trevor Jack, London and John Shenk.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Winter Oak Funeral Home & Cremations (1132 E Plant St, Winter Garden, FL 34787). A graveside service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Orlando Memorial Gardens (5264 Ingram Rd, Apopka, FL 32703).
