He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hosmer and Edna Merritt Staley (Booley); his former wife Martha Carraway Staley; and his children, James Staley (Mac) and Celeste Staley.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Lou Norton Staley; his son Marcus Andrew Staley (Nancy); his daughter-in-law Linda Staley; his grandchildren, Ben Staley, Tim Staley, Marc Staley, Tammy Cuthrell and Taylor Wise; and his stepchildren, Wayne Norton, Catherine Plunkett and Susan Norton (Tiffany Daniels). He is also survived by five step grandchildren and three step great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Tommy's memory to Zellwood United Methodist Church or Advent Health Hospice.
