It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lily Thompson Finley of Zellwood, Florida, born in Micco, Florida, who passed away on August 21, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Jack A. Finley; and her son Rodney "Rocky" Phelps. She is survived by: her children, Deborah Finley Ransom, Barbara Ann Phelps, Martha Elaine Phelps, Nita Graham and Gary Keith Finley. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and over 20 great grandchildren.
