He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward L. Sr. Buckner and Ruby Buckner; and his sister Gwendolyn B. Goodson. He is survived by: his wife Nelda Kay Buckner; his sons, Steve Buckner (Jamie) and Phil Buckner (Marlene); his grandchildren, Caleb Buckner, Kristen Schagren (David), Kiley Buckner, Brett Buckner and Marissa Buckner; and his sister Carolyn B. Whorton. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
