She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gabriel and Mary Ann [Kus] Gabriel; and her siblings, Fred Gabriel, Benedikt Gabriel, Frank Gabriel, Barbara Stella "Bert" Nagel, Boleslaw Gabriel, Chester Gabriel, Anthony Gabriel and Mitchell E. Gabriel (Joseph Lhotka).
She is survived by: her sons, Dan J. Lhotka (Amy Adams) of Tallahassee, FL, David M. Lhotka of Jacksonville, FL and Dennis J. Lhotka of Yulee, FL; her grandchildren, Michael Lhotka, Melena Arrowood (Gary), Joseph Lhotka (Danielle), Adam Lhotka and John Lhotka; her great grandchildren, Jonathan Lhotka, Jacob Urbanowicz, Jessica Garvey (Christian), Shelby Theissen (Baron), Dalton Lhotka, David Lhotka, Zoey Lhotka and Logan Lhotka; and her great great grandchildren, Emily Cercey and Ezekiel Theissen.
