He was predeceased by: his father Robert Higginbotham; and his brother Randy Higginbotham. He is survived by: his mother Cora Lee Higginbotham; his brother Robert "Tim" Higginbotham (Lynne); his nephews, Eric Higginbotham (Katie), Kevin Higginbotham (Angela), Stephen Higginbotham, Bobby Hernandez and Jonathan Rider; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ethan Higginbotham (Adelle), Hayden Higginbotham, Kate, Lauren and Catlin; his close friend Lois Conklin; and also Raven.

Donations may be made in his memory to Community Hospice.
