He was predeceased by: his parents, Nannie Mae Moody Snead and James F. Snead; his wife Kathy Snead; and his siblings, Annette Snead, Jeannette Snead Shelton and Mike Snead.
He is survived by: his children, Joseph Snead, Jr. (Melissa) and Patches Wilkinson (Keven); his grandchildren, Austin Snead, Cody Snead (Shelby), Blake Wilkinson (McKenzie), Kamryn Snead and Weston Wilkinson; his great grandchildren, Paislee Snead and Blake Wilkinson, Jr.; and his siblings, Johnny Snead (Becky), Betty Jo Moody and Patricia Moody.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stephens Chapel at Green Pine Funeral (96281 Green Pine Rd, Yulee, FL 32097). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
