He was predeceased by: his father James V. Page, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Joyce V. Page; his siblings, Dwight Crews, Tommy Page, Mike Page, Donna Page, Janice Page, Sylvia Hendrix, Joyce Barrett and Darlene Strickland; his nephew Spencer Page; and his niece Heather Page.
