He was predeceased by: his parents, Simeon James Wade and Daisy Boatright Wade; and his sister Corliss Stephens. He is survived by: his son Jack "Jackie" Wade (Kathy) of Yulee, FL.; and his niece Michelle Watson (Cricket) of Perry, FL.
