He is survived by: his wife Crystal Manners; and his children, Donnie Barnes, Lillian, Kristi and Shiann Turlington. He is also survived by many siblings and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorial donations be made to Moosehaven.
