She was predeceased by: her husband Hilliard Polk; her parents, Everett Herrin and Lillian Crews Herrin; her sons, Terry Keene and Gary Keene; her grandchildren, Cari Woods and Stephen Pyne; and her son-in-law Marlon Crosby.
She is survived by: her children, Stanley "Buddy" Keene, Jr., Judy Sanders (Hoyt), Teresa Crosby and Sandra Vearil (Wayne); and her sisters-in-law, Bettie Domer and Bonnie Jean Smith. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
