She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Thelma and Stephen B. Swearingen; her siblings, Tim Swearingen, Callahan and Bert C. Swearingen; her son Troy Doyle; and the father of her child Bob Doyle.
She is survived by: her son Charles Hugh Simmons, Jr.; the father of her child Charles Hugh Simmons; her brother Toby Swearingen of Jacksonville; her cousin Diane Rosenberg of Yulee; and her sister-in-law Barbara Swearingen of Fernandina. She is also survived by several grandchildren, two great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins and wonderful friends.
