He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathaniel Green and Alice Calhoun Green; his daughter Kathy Darnell Benjamin (Robert Benjamin-Widower); his grandchildren, Ida Patreace Heard (Reginald), Demond Jefferson, Amanda Jefferson, Avery McIntyre, Wesley McIntyre, Jeremy McIntyre (Tara), Ollie McIntyre (Rebecca) and Nia Green; his great grandchildren, Damiyah Jefferson, Marley McIntyre, Symphony McIntyre, Harmoni McIntyre, Kamden Heard, Karter Heard, William Demery, Tristan White and Lyric Jefferson; and his siblings, Mary Magdalene, Corene Rainey, Ray Green, Nathaniel Green, Clinton Green and Malachi Green.
He is survived by: his children, Gwendolyn Diane McIntyre and Leo Green, Jr. (Leo); and his wife Ida Wess Green.
Viewing will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Solid Rock Church of God (86138 Palm Tree Dr, Yulee, FL 32097). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Home Going Service. A burial will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at the Whispering Pine Cemetery (86050 Pinewood Dr, Yulee, FL 32097).
