He is survived by: his children, David, Jr., David (Kim) of Fernandina Beach, Jonathan (Moya) of Fernandina Beach and Angela "Angie" (John) of Yulee; his grandchildren, Crandall McClellan (Kristin), Annie Page Barnhill (Austin), Page McClellan Thorne (Michael), Laura Page and Katherine Page; and his great grandchild Elizabeth "Libby" Barnhill.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the Yulee Baptist Church Nehemiah Fund.
