Everett Cook, Jr. (Ollie) of Yulee and Curtis Cook of Nassauville; his sister Barbara McKendree (Jerry) of Nassauville; his stepdaughters, Debora Hutto, Marie Woody and Linda Griffin; and his son-in-law Dale Crawford. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
