He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Dinkins and Marjorie Dinkins; and his brother Tom Dinkins. He is survived by: his wife Kate Dinkins; his children, Anthony Figueroa, Brendan Dinkins, Skye Dinkins and Bridgett Dinkins; his parents-in-law, Richard and Pola Sidney; and his siblings, Michael Dinkins, Lori Dicken and Kristina Woolums.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorial donations be made to church missions at Amelia Baptist Church.
