It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dan Eugene Stallings of Yulee, Florida, born in Baxley, Georgia, who passed away on March 8, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Emma Thornton Stallings; his wife Joyce Smith; and his son Roger. He is survived by: his daughters, Maxine Ley (Bill) of Lawrenceville, Theresa Stallings and Angie Lee (Ray) of Yulee, FL.; his grandchildren, April Stavely (Adam) of Monroe, Adam Ley of Athens, Rebecca Wright (Michael) and Rachel Totzke (Hunter) of Yulee, FL.; his great grandchildren, Carter Ley, Brooklyn, Phoenix, Memphis Stavely, Kimberlynn Love and Keelynn Wright; his siblings, Shirley Ely of Jacksonville, FL, Curtis "Bubba" Stallings (Linda) of Baxley and Harry "Billy" Stallings (Vivian) of Alma; and his brother-in-law Hubert Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, friends.
