He is survived by: his wife Tina Wingate of Yulee; his children, Brandon Wingate of Yulee, Heather Wingate of Yulee and Casey Wingate of Callahan; his mother Barbara Jean Wingate of Yulee; his brother Allen; his sister-in-law Ann Wingate of Yulee; his sister Connie Douglas of Yulee; and his grandchildren, Joshua, Emily, Bradley, Mason and Riley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
