She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Middleton and Aletha Middleton; her husband Roy Cecil Wingate; and her sons, Barry Wingate and Harold Alvin Wingate.
She is survived by: her son Allen; her daughter-in-law Ann Wingate of Yulee; her daughter Connie Wingate of Independence, VA; her daughter-in-law Tina Wingate of Yulee; her brother Eddie Middleton of Nahunta, GA; her grandchildren, Heather Wingate, Amy Taylor (Jeremy), Adam Wingate (Chelsea), Casey Wingate (Justin) and Brandon Wingate; her great grandchildren, Joshua, Emily, Mason, Brantley, Paisley, Riley and Elijah; and her cousin Janice Miller (Bill).
