She is survived by: her husband Norman Lepper of Yulee, Florida; her children, Tammy Sylvester of Yulee, Florida, Wendy Pickett of Yulee, Florida and Dan Riggins of Orange Park, Florida; her siblings, John Perry of Fernandina Beach, Florida, Frances Mixon (Virgil) of Fernandina Beach, Florida, Yvonne Carter of Fernandina Beach, Florida and Robert Perry (Beverly) of Fernandina Beach, Florida; and her grandchildren, Brittany Calhoun, Jacob Calhoun, Jerry Calhoun, Jr., Tabitha Riggins, Kyle Mixon, Mary Flakes, Brandon Riggins, Samantha Riggins, Austin Sylvester and Wyatt Sylvester. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
