He is survived by: his children, Wade Dillard (Marie) of Georgia, Brian Hicks (Lois) of Pensacola, Marie Parker (Mike) of Georgia and Mickie Smith of Youngstown; and his siblings, Gary Joe Dillard of Youngstown, Faye Howard (Paul) of Arizona, Linda Finch (Jack) of Bear Creek, Cindy Dillard (Tommy) of Bear Creek, Diane Pitts (Steve) of Chipley, Debbie Kyser (W. A.) of Southport and Libby Dillard of Arizona.
