She is survived by: her significant other Jimmy Brannon; her children, Dani Bass (Austin Despard), Shaun Bass (Christy Bass), Kenny Brannon and Billy Brannon; her granddaughter Evelyn Bass; her mother Ima Jean Tew; her sisters, Linda Hogan (Glenn Hogan) and Lanie Wise (Paul King); her nephew Scott Hogan; and her nieces, Riane Wise (Quinton Moore), Stacey Arnold (Aaron Arnold) and Stephanie Thompson (Sonny Thompson). She is also survived by great nieces, nephews and unofficially adopted children.

“Yesterday I was deeply saddened to learn of Tracy's passing. She and my little sister, Terry Ann (Manly) Parker, were friends since childhood. Tracy was there for my little sister, providing support as she fought a final battle with cancer. Tracy even took my little sister into her home, where she passed away in February 2023. My prayers are with all of you. Lynn (Manly) Klocek Greenwood Village, Colorado.”
