He is survived by: his children, Reed Alan Andrews of San Antonio, Eve Andrews Witts and Mollie Jean Andrews of Panama City, FL; and his siblings, Lindi Cosson of Portland, OR, Cindi Ramer of Lynn Haven, FL and Roger Van Andrews of Panama City, FL. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
