We are sad to announce that on January 21, 2021, at the age of 68, Lilly Ruth Strickland of Youngstown, Florida, born in Panama City, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Estell Strickland and Johnnie Strickland; and her siblings, Estell Fleming, David "Bud" Strickland and Janie Strickland.
She is survived by: her sisters, Tina Blackman and Mary Massey (W. T.) of Youngstown, FL; her niece Lisa Arrant (Nathan); her great-nephew Hunter; her nephew Will Massey (Sarah); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Henry, Amren and Cadee; her niece Brenda Sharit; her nephew Michael Fleming; and her sister-in-law Loraine Strickland.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Covenant Hospice in memory of Lilly Strickland.
