He was predeceased by: his parents, Georgia P. Boudreaux Johnson and Ira A. Boudreaux Sr.; and his sisters, Gloria B. Theriot and Diane Boudreaux. He is survived by: his wife Fonda M. Boudreaux of Jesup, GA; his children, Kim Boudreaux (Troy) of Youngstown, FL, Dixie B. Davis (Michael) of Jesup, GA, Jill Boudreaux of Jesup, GA and Ira A. Boudreaux III (Marci) of Jesup, GA; his grandchildren, Harlie, Hailey, Justin, James, Kellie of Kattie, C. J., Jonathon, Tori, Gracie and Ira IV; and his sister Brenda B. Poole. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and extended family.
