She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Toney and Delta Barker; her sisters, Nancy and Eleanor; her son Gary Walker; and her grandson Rodney Newberry.

She is survived by: her siblings, Denvil, Pete, Melvin and Fay; her children, Angie Boggess (Lewis), Kenneth Walker (Marsha) and Johnny Walker (Kim); and her siblings, Rena Lane (Richard), Wanda Buffington (Robert Merchimer), Robert Rush and Jerry Buffington (Rebecca). She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
