She is survived by: her spouse James D. Hall of Youngstown; her son James D. Hall, II; her wife Loura of Youngstown; her brothers, Kimester Allen Leach of Washington and Larry Leach of Maryland; and also, Robert Wayne Hall of Fountain and Steven Lawrence Hall of Bear Creek. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
