He is survived by: his wife Myra Everett; his children, Jamie Johnson, Tina Hubbard, Dana Johnson (Chris), J. W. Everett (Misty), Jonathan Everett and Kevin Hubbard (Patty); his grandchildren, Cheyenne Everett, Caleb Bedwell (Nataley), Megan Akins (Brandon), Dustin Akins, Justin Hubbard (Kayla), Makayla Belser (Kyren), Kamren Johnson and Emily Johnson; his great grandchildren, Aleah, Jonathan, Andrew, Lakin, Hannah, Carson, Casin, Lilly, Luxx, Kara and Kaylie; and his sisters, Dolly, Margie and Ethelyn.
