She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Sloan and Kathryn Sloan; her husband Dan B. Neel; her son Wally Blair; and her aunt Anna Bailey.
She is survived by: her children, Laura Rowell (Gary), Kaydee Mayo (Ken), Eddie Blair and Bryant Commander; and her grandchildren, Justin, Joshua, Phillip, Jessica, Dusty, Garrison, Karissa and Kyle. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
