He is survived by: his mother Yvette Jensen of Margaret's Hospital; his wife Denise DaCosta; his children, Nickolas, Erick and Dana Jensen; his siblings, Tom Jensen, Ann Needham and Pat Wilson; and his granddaughters, Aria and Alaia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and countless friends and neighbors.
