He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Forrest Hawkins II and Mary Emma Farrington. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia M. Hawkins; his sister Nanell Lough (David); his brother-in-law Bill Mead; and his nieces and nephews, Shawn Demarest (Angela), Andrew Demarest (Christine), Shawn Mead (Emily), Jordan Mead (Laurin), Danielle Demarest (Jude Cooper) and Megan Lough.
