He is survived by: his wife Paula Seay; his children, Joan Feuston of Newberry, Clarence Seay (Priscilla) of Worthington Springs and Harley Seay of Worthington Springs; and his sisters, Nita Hemphill (Travis), Oveida Blue (WC) and Donnie Guynn.
