He is survived by: his wife Ethel Woodard Seay of Worthington Springs, FL; his children, William "Billy" Seay (Viola) of Worthington Springs, FL, Marcus "Cricket" Seay (Bernice) of Worthington Springs, FL, Cecil Seay (Lisa) of Bell, FL and Loretta Seay (Onny) of Worthington Springs, FL; and his grandchildren, Cecil Wayne Seay, Dillon Seay, Harley Seay and Lance Seay. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren; numerous extended family.
