He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Lessie Rimes; his children, Tammy Rimes of Colorado, John Rimes (Betty) of Worthington Springs, Jeff Rimes (Keri) of Worthington Springs and Tiger "Ron" Rodrigue; his grandchildren, Saum, Shireen, Sierra, Caroline (Colby), Madison, Jonathan (Cassandra), Elliot, Miles (Anna) and Taylor; his great grandchildren, Itsy, Chanel, Olivia, Alynna and Hunter; and his sister Mary Lou Carter (Tom) of Orange Park.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made, in Mr. Rimes' honor, to the Worthington Springs Community Church or St. Jude's Children Hospital.
