She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hauf and Florence Hauf; her husband John L. Langkam II; her children, Lynda Utz and Douglas Langkam; and her siblings, Gertrude Cox, Margarette McCluskey, Helen Kelley, George Hauf and Louis Hauf.
She is survived by: her children, John Langkam III (late Sharon) of Glenrock, PA., Patricia Campbell (late Charles) of Hampstead, MD., George Langkam (Sue) of Spring Grove, PA., Russell Langkam (Kathleen) of Hanover, PA., Frederick Langkam of Woodville, FL and Catherine Day (late Jim) of Woodville, FL; and her sisters, Madeline Hurt (Bill) and Pauline Leyhey (Jack) of Middle River, MD.. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 73 great-grandchildren, and 15 great-great grandchildren.
