He is survived by: his wife Barbara Chadwell; his children, David Chadwell (Ann), Douglas Chadwell, Rita Chadwell and Sandra Lewis (Gary); and his brothers, Jackie, David, Mark and Harold Chadwell. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
