He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dabney and Katie Dabney; his siblings, Carroll Dabney, Jerry Dabney, Billy Dabney and Katie Dickens; his granddaughter Casey Dabney; and his great grandchild Aaliyah Rhodes.
He is survived by: his significant other Barbara Ann Dabney; his children, William Dabney (Mary), Johnny Dabney (Karen), Tommy Dabney (Darlene), Daniel Dabney and Tammy Gay; his siblings, Martha Smith, Mary Mock, Helen Smith (Silas), Carolyn Goff, Jimmy Dabney (Shirley) and Butch Dabney (Juanita); and his grandchildren, Emily, Kelly of Amanda, JR, April, Danny, Daniel, Alicia and Matt. He is also survived by 23 great grandchildren.
