She was predeceased by: her parents, Orion Revell, Jr. and Lula Mae Bradwell; and her son Howell Greg Lewis. She is survived by: her husband Howell "Gary" Lewis; her son Jeff Lewis (Sharon) of Panacea, FL; and her grandsons, Jeffery Lewis (Katie) of Panacea, FL and Gaige Lewis of Bristol, FL. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
