She is survived by: her sons, Robert Gregory Mathis (Rita) and Dewayne Scott Mathis (Laura); her grandchildren, Brittany Hawkins (Todd), Morgan Hartsfield (Billy), Garrett Coggins (Taylor), Daniel Coggins, Justin Mathis (Alicia), Drew Mathis (Taylor), Wendy Boyd (Brad) and Molly Wise; her nieces, Rondee Lynn Mathis-Shannon and Michelle Gendron; her great-nieces, Vicky Noling and Sonya Koon; and her nephews, Ronald Gary Mathis, Jr. and Mike Mathis. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
