He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charlie Lipford and Mary Lewis Lipford of Woodville, Florida.; his children, Brenda Gay (Kenneth) of Woodville, Howell Lee Lipford (Sherry) of DeFuniak Springs, Wesley Lipford (Marlene) of Old Town and Lori Eubanks (Everett) of Bronson; his sisters, Joann Nettles of Wakulla and Clarice Culpepper (Russell) of Havana; and his sister-in-law Jean Lipford of Woodville. He was also cherished by 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
