He was predeceased by: his parents, Cora Sims and Buford Walker; and his siblings, Marlin Cardin, Carlin Cardin and Dolly Wormuth.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Walker; his children, Elaine Brackin and Dale Walker Jr. (Tasha); his grandchildren, Kira Brackin, Cole Brackin, Shane Williams, Shaylee Williams, Trenton Walker and Briley Walker; his great grandchildren, Corbin Barrett, Cora Barrett, Gracie Brackin, Jessie Brackin and Cole Brackin Jr.; and his siblings, Jack Cardin (Dorothy), William Cardin (Kitty), Ray Cardin (Delores), Hayward Walker (Jean), Elsie Hampton and Gladys Spain.
