He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl William and Mary Jane Mings; and his sister Virginia Anne. He is survived by: his wife Sally; his son Collin Philip (Rebecca) of Clearwater, FL; his grandchildren, Makenna and Camden; his son Scott Mings (Karen); his grandson Christopher; his great grandchild Jade; his brother William Gregory Mings (Greg); his cousins, Virginia Crosby (Gingi) of Shelbyville, Patricia Cromwell (Trish) of Dublin, OH, Debra Barnett (Mings) and Patti VonKeitz (Springhorn); his nephews, Brian Mings and Jeff Mings; and also, Tara Cromwell, Carrie Fansler Gray and Andrew Fansler. He is also survived by family members, friends.
