He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Tami Sanders, Kevin Dixon and Ryan Dixon; his grandchildren, Trevor Sanders, Nolen Sanders, Madison Dixon, Olivia Dixon and Rosanna Dixon; and his sisters, Carol Hooks, Charlotte Tripp and JoAnn Giddens.
In lieu of flowers the family asked that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Hospice Care at Advent Health.
