He is survived by: his parents, Julie A. Locklin (Launer) and Charles R. Locklin; his siblings, Richard Locklin (Sharon), Christine Gibbs (Glenn), John Locklin (Christie), Greg Locklin (Melissa), Charlene Amos (Eric), Troy Locklin (Brandy) and Becky Gallion (Lenny); and his children, April Locklin, Crystal Locklin and Devon Forsythe. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
