He was predeceased by: his parents, Emeterio Tolentino and Adelina Tolentino. He is survived by: his wife Valerie Tolentino; his stepchildren, DeAnna Velasquez and Andrew Velasquez (Shawn); his granddaughters, Ava and Olivia Velasquez; and his siblings, Gerry Tolentino, Ernie Tolentino (Debo), Terry Tolentino (Betty), Vickie Parker (Darryl) and Mercedes Swem (Tom). He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
