She is survived by: her husband Stephen; her children, Kyla Hulett, Brandon Costello (Katie) and Brad Costello; and her siblings, Randy Redmon, Britton Chambless and Chris Chambless-Erwin. She is also survived by cousins, uncle, grandchildren, nieces, grand nieces and nephews.
