He was predeceased by: his parents, Winston Grey, Sr. and Gussie Manning; and his siblings, Earl Manning, Evelyn Pearce and Earlene Blue.

He is survived by: his siblings, Ernest Manning (Ramona) of Winter Park, Florida and Ernestine Ingram of Winter. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends.
