He is survived by: his wife Judy; his cousins, Russell Bond and William Bond; his nephew Brandon Dillion; his brother-in-law Robert Johnson; his nieces-in-law, Stacey Sackaris and Jennifer Mintz; and his nephew-in-law Scott Johnson.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the William C. Carrico Fund for Faculty at The Linsly School, 60 Knox Lane, Wheeling, West Virginia 26003.
